As a result, we received a request from a customer asking if we could handle it. Using specialized equipment held by our development department, we formulated the raw materials and created prototypes (color matching and other characteristics). After receiving approval from the customer on the prototypes, we established a dedicated manufacturing line using different equipment to prevent contamination with other mass-produced items during the manufacturing process. Using this manufacturing line, we mixed, shaped, and fired the products for delivery.
